I have put up with so much attitude because I liked the food...I place my orders to go and get yield at every single time over the phone..
The day I made up my mind and complained about the service, the nasty counter girl told me she was the manager, wouldnt let me share any complaint, and I managed to find out from the cook about the owner's name and when to reach him. However, after listening to me for 3 minutes, the cook started to gesture me out, telling me they had no time to listen to me, and since I had my food I had to go... I felt like there was a security issue right there, especially when one of the regular customer( someone you see hanging out there everyday, all day) started asking me to leave and would stop talking to me until I did!
What a drag! Over a Lasagna!
I feel I went through embarrassment and free hatred over nothing. It is s violation of my consumer rights when I enter those premises and provide them with my business...
