I had to rewrite this for my wife because she was so upset. Keeping short. She had an accident in her car and had it repaired at Pohanka Lexus Cantilly Va. Enterprise being tied in some how with Lexus, promoting, kickback was, there for rentals at collision center. She rented a car, Chevy/Mailbu from your company for the duration of the repair. Returned rental after repair was done. Upon return a scratch Approx. 5" on the driver's side rear door was found. I didn't see it, I'm only going off your report and poor black and white photos, Enterprise forwarded. My self being the bread winner in the house hold didn't have time to, jump through the hoops to litigate any of this. However, I do have time to write this comment for my wife and pay this $715.00 bill. Which, looks like about $200.00 of is paper pushing fee's. This is sent with a friendly tone. I hope $815.00 is worth the negative publicity this is going to get. With today's economy being the way it is. We are looking to get a new car in the some what near future, and over $815.00, it won't be from Pohanka Lexus, which our sales agent still stays in touch with us. We are also getting ready to take a trip to Florida, and will need to rent a car, Hertz, you now have are business. This may not be forwarded for internet reading but Enterprise has lost a long time client.
