Review content:
I took my mini van in for a complete internal and external detail. When I went to pick it up, my seats were in a different configuration. They said it was so that the carpets could dry.
I asked if they had vacuumed and shampooed ALL of the flooring and was told yes. Once the car dried and I put my seats back to my preferred configuration is was apparent that they lied to me - right to my face. There were still blades of grass and fuzz from a blanket all over the floor of my car.
It cost me $209.04 to find out that I will NEVER return to Full Service Car Wash.
I do not mind so much that they did not do it. What bothers me is that they lied to me and said they did.
