I've never had exorbitant electric bills, but the top floor of my two family -house was always much hotter than the rest of the house. I even bought a thermometer to prove to myself that it was that hot and I wasn't crazy. Well, there was a 10 degree difference and it made sleeping difficult. I called NY Insul8 they made a few suggestions, but the biggest one was to get insulation added into the attic, they crew came out 2 days later and sprayed everything with expanding foam. I’ve very happy and pleased with the work these guys did. Thanks to NY Insul8.
