The merchandise, while overpriced, was very nice to look at. the problem was the rudeness of the sales people and the owner when we had a problem. they mispackaged our lamp and it broke before we even got halfway home. when we returned it to the store, they said it was our fault and treated us very poorly. never had an experience like this. the owner argued with us about it for over an hour, really. we HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BEFORE. They have the broken lamp, have not refunded our money and we have no goods to show for it. small claims is next, along with the BBB.
