Long story short, when I went here to get a gift for a friend who was moving away, they promised to have the gift for me a day before I had requested it, but when I went in to get it, they said they weren't going to have it until after the date I had originally given them. It took all 3 staff members to call and get my item rush shipped and I am hoping they will have it for me tomorrow. In the meantime, every time I called to try to get an exact price, they would tell me they would figure it out later, or just "we give you a good deal." They also hung up on me a couple times when I was trying to find out when they would have the gift in.
Definitely don't go here. They seem to decide the prices based on how gullible you look, they have no concept of customer service, and no matter when you tell them you need something, they are only going to get it to you when they feel like it. It's a dingy little store with terrible customer service and you can get much better product at honest prices almost anywhere else.
