The fear of not knowing what's really "under the hood" of a home will send anyone into a state of panic, especially if they signed that dotted line and later found out that the home they just purchased has a substantial amount of deficiencies. I was skeptical to give One Call Home Inspections the time of day, as anyone would be when making a decision to trust a company to protect their financial interests. After a 10-minute conversation with Rodger, I felt at ease. He assured me that he had my best interest at heart, and told me that he would work hard to ensure that I had all the information I needed on the home to make the best decision possible for me and my family. That's all I had to hear!Rodger, took his time to explain everything we needed to know, and also seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Real estate industry. I found myself asking all types of questions that he didn't have to answer, but did anyway just because. I went on to recommend Rodger, to a co-worker who was shopping for a home, and even he was happy with the services he received. It's not difficult to find home inspection companies that are knowledgeable about their industry. What is difficult though, is finding honest home inspection companies, and honest people within them whom you can trust, who aren't in the business of screwing you over for an extra dime. One Call Home Inspections gives you a feeling of that small town, local mom and pop convenience store that your parents would send you to as a kid, to buy milk and bread. Highly Recommended!
