Review content:
I bought a Groupon deal (2 peds/2mans) and was really looking forward to my visit. Ginger, the receptionist was really nice with booking and day of arrival. Everything else, totally down hill. The owner/manager was going off about the air or fan or something being left on over the holiday in front of customers. Totally, unprofessional. I arrived a few minutes early with one other patron scheduled at their opening time of 10 AM. I'm still trying to figure out why they were running 20 mins late when no one else was there. Oh wait, probably because the owner was going on and on about the air being left on. This was truly the worst ped/man I ever had. Hate to call names (it was a chick). I watched the other tech (a guy) who didn't appear to be doing much better. May I suggest hiring someone who has a clue about giving peds/mans? Long story short, not worth my time returning for the 2nd service. I kept watching my watch and wanting to "run" to the nearest exit. I'm never going in this shop again. It was a complete dissappointment. The other clientele (older ladies) appeared to be regulars. I guest they've been going so long, they're immune. Or it's familiar and convenient. Oh, I almost forgot. They also do massages. There was a crying kid at the shop. Now who can relax with a crying kid in the space? Not me... Final thought, don't go "there". If you do, don't waste your time or money. It's now worth it. RUN for the NEAREST EXIT...
