Everyone knows that buying a home in NYC is insanely stressful. And then there's the mortgage. The complexities of coop finances, the appraisal process, unique-to-New York real estate transaction taxes...it all can combine to make the process of putting together your financing a real nightmare. That's where a mortgage broker comes in. I am happy to recommend Gary Lieb of Apple Mortgage Corp. as an incredibly able guide and problem-solver when it comes to this complicated business. He served my family extremely well last year and I am confident in passing his name along to others.
