We had very bad experience with the Nova Travels. Doesn't matter hpw cheap the tickets they offer on their web site, I will not buy tickets from them. As soon as realized, we didn't have visa to travel to India, we informed them. Instead of trying to help us, they made it worse. Ignore our calls on plea for help abusing "called ID". They had booked the tickets on the wrong document (Jet Airways instead of United Airlines) when majority of our travel was on United (from PHX top BOM) and Jet Airways was only from BOM to AMD. United was not able to help us because of this issue. Between Noval Travels and Jet Airways playing their $$ game, we ended up being the loosers. Overall experience with Noval travels was worse than nightmare. Its executives and other staff mem,bers have no sense of customer orientation/service. They're simply after making quick $$ at the expense of customers who run into issues. Lesson learnned. I won't do business with them. In fact I won't check their web site anymore.
