When I was planning my wedding, I decided to receive a quote from Shamrock flowers for my wedding day arrangements. I scheduled an appointment and met with a consultant. After our appointment (which lasted about an hour), I was told I would receive my quote in about 2 weeks. I waited. Nothing. So I called after 3 weeks to ask where my quote was, the person I talked to explained to me that it would be another week. I waited. Still Nothing. This process went on for 2 months before I finally realized that this company did not want my business and I canceled my request for a quote.
