Review content:
This place was decent. The only saving grace were the neat floor plans with French doors and private balconies. Other than that, the management was terrible. Met all complaints with the standard "that's what you get for living in an apartment." WRONG ANSWER. Dealing with problems is what YOU get for being the manager, genius. Snow was never plowed in the winter, or if it was, you were plowed in. There's also a lawsuit going on with this property and the one next to it (not on the creek side, on the other side) because the lack of drainage leads to mold, which leads to them moving the tenants across the complex and painting over it before they move the next tenant in. Niiiiiiiice.
