This company had a 2003 Kountry Star by Newmar listed on eBay. My husband & I liked what we saw and decided to go to Mason, MI to see this camper before we bid. We really liked this camper. And the Sales Rep. informed us that all used campers go through a through check up before placed on the lot. We decided to buy the camper, but we needed a hitch in the back of our truck. We needed a 18k Signature series Reese hitch, as our truck already had the bars that go on the under side of the bed of the truck. The sales rep, figured out what we owed and included $300. for the hitch. We had the part number and gave it to him. I also asked if he needed to see the bed of the truck to make sure it would fit. He said, "No, it'll fit! So we had to wait till the next day to get it put on as it was late and service had left for the day. So we went to Keith's sister's house close to Reading, MI...almost 100 miles away. We stayed the night. Went the next day and the hitch WOULD NOT FIT!!! I
