Mandatory: valet parking $10 (with tip), cover $15, coat check $5 (if you have one)
Note: Seating charges ($20 for booth), and a VIP ($10 - $20) per visit.
Appearance: It seems as the though the building might actually have been built with this purpose in mind given the stage, seating, and bar layout. They have a Corvette that can be lowered from the ceiling ? (didn't happen that I saw). There is nice seating and appropriate lighting on the main floor, and upstairs in the "Crystal room". My business partner said the VIP downstairs lacked "atmosphere". The restroom I visited was reasonably clean, although the floor needed attention in a few spots. There was no dress code visibly enforced.
Dancers: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder of course, but my partner and I agreed that of the approximately 20 girls working, the average was a 7 out of 10 with a few 5's and a solid 9 defining the range. In the middle of my dinner a dancer sat down next to me, started picking off my plate and offered to find me dessert for $$$. Last month I had the same offer there for $$ and advised her as such. At that she became indignant and left. Later, we were joined by two more dancers who agreed that $$ was a fair price to find dessert.
Food: My steak arrived medium-rare as requested, but luke warm at best and had obviously sat by itself for a while. My partner said his fish was good and arrived hot.
Drinks: My first martini arrived made with vodka instead of gin, and it was a bit weak. The second I specified as a "standard martini with gin", and it too was vodka based, although quite a bit stronger. My partner drank bottled beers, so the error factor was non-existent.
Overall: I've visited the Flight Club 3 times in the past 8 months, and have to say that the previous two times weren't vastly different experiences. The pros have to be the overall dancer appearance and the food (notwithstanding my last lukewarm steak ). The cons would be some dancers' attitudes, and total value per visit.
