Review content:
The creativity in the way the homes are situated on each lot. The different landscape elevations when looking out my window reminds me of close knit community sorta like Peyton Place if you remember that television series.
The one thing that is very discomforting and needs to be cleaned up is Miller Street in Swanns Mill Subdivision. After all that is the main street representing the overall community. It is very distasteful and people are not following the covenants. Too many strays hanging out in the street, garage doors left up, footbal goals placed in the street. That is one street they really need to wrok extra hard on cleaning up.
As a whole I think the Talis Group puts for a very strong effort for such a new community to make it a great place to call home.
