Review content:
Customer service is a foreign language to them. I've yet to hear Im so sorry to hear that. Lets see what we can do. or Oh my, well lets take care of that for you. I have heard reasons whatever the issue is cant be their fault, and insistences their address of repairs are simply their being nice and helping the tenant out, as opposed to part of any rental agreement.....I've also heard lots of blame placed on the previous management company by Echelon, or if issues cant be blamed on the old management group then the issue must be something you the tenant caused. If theyre uncomfortable with an issue raised, theyll cut the other person off and talk louder and longer over attempts to speak - usually changing topic to lecturing on the importance of good communication and how they want you, the tenant, to want to be here....When they stop and you try to return the discussion to the issue at hand, they simply do the same thing over until you succeed in out talking them or just give up and leave. Miserably unprofessional.
