Review content:
Hands down the worst Salon/Day spa experience I have ever had! The staff is very rude and mgmt. is worse. Stay clear of this place. The salon is not set up properly, and is cheap! When getting a massage your not even in your own room like a regular spa, instead you have a thin curtain between you and a complete stranger. I actually had to listen to the person next door snoring - yuck. Everything is over priced. Really the place is a joke. Also, according to their own staff members they have massage therapist that are not licensed, certified, or insured working on clients, and charging as if they were. After trying to contact mgmt. regarding this we were treated very poorly. I have contacted the massage therapist chapter here in IN, and am in the process of contacting the attorney generals office to get to the bottom of this situation. Do yourself a favor and just spend your money elsewhere.
