I went to The Jewelers the other day because I needed a necklace for an event in Nashville. I remembered that this upscale jewelry store also offered a great selection of costume jewelry. Vanessa helped me find the perfect piece. She didn't seem to mind when I tried on just about every necklace in the case! Needless to say I found a beautiful rose pendant and earrings to match!
But the best part of my shopping experience was when Shawn was able to take some links out of my relatively new watch band. This sounds like no big deal but it had been a real problem for other jewelers. One of the oldest and most prestigious establishments in Nashville was unable to complete this seemingly simple task. In addition a certain popular Wilson County store that advertises on the TV could not remove the links! I was very happy when Shawn was able to help me out. Now that is service!
I will be certain to have Shawn do all of my work in the future as I know he can get the job done.
