Review content:
Non-responsive, actual price far exceeded quote (which took weeks to receive), and he cut corners. Project was supposed to include plastic tarp, weed barrier, but they did not install it. The yard looked horrible! Eventually had to hire another landscaper (a competent one) come and rip out the shady installation "Marcus" did. Complete waste of money using ECL Design. What's worse, the weed barrier was in his quote, he simply did not put one down. I paid for it though. Do not use this company. They do not do maintenance AND good luck getting a response after they have been paid and need to return to correct mistakes they made.
