My wife and I had the good fortune to discover the Red Palace during a trip to Raleigh last year. It was the finest food we had on a two-week trip, and we are anxious to return. I love Chinese food, especially the spicy Sichuan kind. We ordered five or six dishes, and each one was delicious and authentic, as good or better than one can find on the West Coast. What a treat. And Lily the hostess may be the sweetest woman on the planet. Raleigh is a lucky town to have such outstanding Chinese fare at such reasonable prices.
Pros: Easy parking. Delicious, authentic Sichuan food. A bargain.
