HORRIBLE PARTY! Like the other reviewers, I really wanted to love this place; the concept is cool, but the manager is just awful. Picture yourself, busy mom, girl scout troop leader, preparing healthy snacks and cakes for your end of year celebration. You arrive and greet guests, laying out your beautiful party spread and look up to find the angry manager stomping into your party space, yelling "Ma'am, there are NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED. You need to take those trays and coolers outside." Now, I had spoken to their party planner, and even to the manager himself on the phone MULTIPLE times in the course of planning the event, and at no time did anyone tell me they had such a ridiculous policy. I offered to pay extra so that we could consume the food we brought, and he would not allow it. Needless to say, after being humiliated in front of my students and their parents, I packed up our beautiful fruit and vegetable trays, stowed our organic allergen-free snacks, and ponied up the cash for their processed pre-packaged crap, candy bars, and sugary food-coloring filled drinks so the kids (who had not eaten since lunch six hours prior) would not keel over while they were jumping. I will never be back. The cool trampoline park is just not worth having to set eyes on that jerk ever again.
