I am new to Gallatin and was looking for a doctor when I found this group on google. I am still looking for a doctor. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that Dr. Dill had "room in his practice for new patients". Now I know why. First of all, the office setting is old, and dirty. Not a positive first impression of a doctors office. The entry is crowded, and the "check in" process is horrible! Too many people in too small a space. After filling out paperwork, I was directed to Dr. Dill's waiting room which was filthy! It smells of cigarette smoke, had a very loud TV on some "I hate my husband" type of screaming program, and was so crowded, it was hard to even walk in. My wait time was well over 30 minutes, and I was within seconds of leaving when my name was finally called. I was hoping that things would get better, but I found the staff to be rushed, and obviously anxious to get me the heck out of there so they could get to the next patient. I thought they would take some time with me as I was a new patient, but that didn't seem to matter. Dr. Dill was a bit more patient than his staff, but I still felt that I was taking too much time, and did not talk to him about everything I wanted to because of that. As I went to other locations for tests he ordered, I was told that some other doctor had ordered the tests, so I was wary of even doing them as I wasn't sure I was doing what I was supposed to. Very unsettling... Then, to really demonstrate a total lack of communication, I got a letter in the mail from yet another doctor informing me of an appointment, which had not been discussed at all! When I got to that appointment I found out that the new doctor was a SURGEON! No one had even discussed a need for surgery, so I walked out. Certainly not the way to do business in my mind... Anyone got a recommendation for a more caring, smaller office group of doctors in Gallatin? Pros: None that I could see Cons: Assembly line clinic. Be ready to be a number, not a person
