Review content:
Although the massage and facial I received was nice, the reception staff was a bit in the rude side. When calling to make an appointment, I felt as if I was being rushed off the telephone. When requesting a certain day/time and was told it was unavailable, I asked if they could call me if there happened to be a cancellation (many other spas will gladly call if possible). This spa refused to do so. I did use the spa services since I had a gift certificate. I would not go back as I feel that I was not a valued client.
