Review content:
I have used this company 3 different times with average results, however today I received the worst customer service from them I have ever received from a company! Not only are their techs dirty and have to be asked to remove their shoes, but each time have also needed to use our bathroom and get something to drink- they outright asked... Ok so I let all this slide since we are all human however today the people on the phone were not only flat out rude but obviously hated their jobs so much they acted like I was wasting their time when calling in to pay. I would much rather go with another company that is more respectful in all aspects even if they cost a couple $ more. I will never use aspen air again!
