Review content:
This dentist is just out to get rich. I received a postcard via direct mail offering a free cleaning and x-rays. The free cleaning is the hook, he gets you in and if you have any bit buildup they don't consider it a normal cleaning and tell you that then you have to pay for something much more expensive, hopefully you have insurance! OK fine, I understand the marketing technique although I believe it to be misleading. Also, I am used to a little privacy at the dentist. In order for this dentist to handle all his customers, he has all his "patients" in one area and all the hygienists are talking and looking at each other's patients. I hated the atmosphere. So, I told a relative about my experience as soon as I got out of there...she proceeded to cancel her appointment immediately and gave the reason why to the receptionist. The receptionist replied with a comment about me and my visit and about my teeth! I was really upset that confidentiality was broken but didn't do anything about it. Now, a couple months later I have insurance again and am looking for a dentist and look who is paying for this nice placement and a nice logo right at the top of my search. Consider yourself warned
