Negative Review, Green Family Funeral Home and Crematory Service, St. Route 44 at Pioneer Trail in Mantua, Ohio 44255. I arrived on Wed 4/6/2011 at 3 pm to deliver flowers, I live almost an hour away. There was not anyone at the funeral home, I call from the parking lot outside of flower delivery. David M Green was extremely rude to me over the phone asking what florist I was from and telling me I should have call first. That he would not except the planter until 8 am the day of service. In my previous experiences with funeral homes, someone is usually present and I can drop off flowers, clothes, photos, make arrangement and receive grief counseling without calling first. I will never trust my loveone to Green Family Furneral.
