Review content:
Decide for yourself, do not let over exaggerations on positives, or negatives sway your opinion!
Pros:
~Reasonable boarding rates
~Great footing in arenas, and turn out paddocks
~PVRA across the street & nearby trails
~Courteous fellow boarders
Cons:
~Very crowded - it always seems like you're being watched.
~Rules are very flexible for those close to the manager (unfair!)
~ While I do not agree that the horses are being underfed like other reviews claim I have seen the feeding guy chuck the bermuda/hay at each of the horses' face during both feeding times. Seriously how hard is it to nicely put it on the rubber matting , or in their feeders?!!! Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you need to take it out on the horses!!!!!!!!!
You weigh the odds between the pros, and cons for yourself. I personally find it manageable to stay here, and don't plan on leaving because I like all it has to offer. Nowhere is perfect. And the cons are avoidable by coming when most others don't, avoid the manager, and glare at the feeding guy while WITH YOUR HORSE as he comes around to feed. He gets the idea.
