Very disappointing experience with this business and it's owner!! We had pictures taken of my Grandchildren at her "in home studio" and I use this term loosely because it was in her living room with a sheet hung up in front of a fireplace in a room that was torn apart!! We had the pictures taken in early February and we paid for our order that day. We never got our pictures and the next thing we knew the website was down! She would not answer her phone or her door or return phone calls. I finally complained to the BBB and threatened a lawsuit against her if she did not deliver what we paid for! She finally delivered the photos last Sunday 5/6/2012. She did this to several other customers too! Now I see her website is back up again!! Beware if you do business with her, do not pay until your product is in your hand and you have inspected it!
