Vicki does a great job every time she cuts my hair. The staff at Coldwater Salon are real friendly and always have a smile on their face ready to help. Her prices are competitive for the Rochester area, and they do a great job. I've gotten my hair cut here for a while and have done some tanning in the past. Everything has always went well for me.
