Review content:
We had the Brickery cater our daughter's naming ceremony earlier this month. The food was fabulous and Sally was extremely easy to work with! We didn't want the "traditional" brunch food, and she made sure that the menu was to our taste - mini fried chicken drumettes, angel hair kugel, poached salmon, bruschetta, sweets, etc. The staff arrived on time and were completely professional, efficient, and attentive. They even made sure to check in with my husband and me to be sure that we had gotten something to eat and drink because they knew it was very possible that we wouldn't have gotten a chance to do so. At the end of the event, they cleaned everything up and left clearly labeled leftovers in our fridge. We didn't even need to sweep the kitchen floor! I would highly recommend Brickery Catering and will definitely use them again!
