Review content:
When I first signed up at this gym i was excited to learn to box - although I must admit I was very very put off by the front desk guy Jason. He was worse than most car salesmen. Anyway during the first class I wondered when we would learn actual boxing techniques.... We didnt. They are total aerobics based. They do not focus on boxing game strategy and focus on fitness. Its fine if you want to get in shape, but you might as well go to LA Fitness. (btw they only have one workout machine.) After a few sessions I started noticing the trainers ignoring the clients and flirting with the female clients. Very unprofessional. Again i must say that they do not teach you how to fight. They make their money by making you pay extra for "personal training". If you want to learn boxing you have to pay on top of your monthly fees.
