You know those State Farm TV commercials that say, "Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is there." Well, not a Nadine Toles they aren't. Customer service at this place is non-existent! Their agents don't seem to stay employed there for more than year (mine switched 3 or 4 times in 3 years) and whenever you call, you're lucky if your agent is available to talk to you. You almost always have to leave a message, and when you do, you're lucky to get a call back.
