Review content:
Shumate was not my first choice since I had never heard of them. However, I called, and a real person answered the phone. They connected me with the proper person who answered the phone, (no voicemail). The technician showed up on time!!!...was very courteous and professional, quoted me the repair cost, (which was very reasonable) before he did the work, fixed the problem and left me feeling like I had made the best decision of the day.
I highly recommend these folks if you want honesty and integrity as well as professional service.
I understand that they come highly recommended to replace my heating and air system when the time comes.
Pros: Thumbs UP!!!
