We recently bought a house and are renovating it. We looked all over for the perfect toilet. A trip to Home Depot found them out of stock. So I decided to try a local place.
First of all they were so informative and incredibly helpful. Their staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist you. They have a large showroom full of their best selling items and can break out the "books" to show you specs and pictures of anything that is not currently on their showroom floor.
They encourage you to sit on the toilet to find the best comfort for you - I found it a bit strange but it really made a difference. Who knew their were so many choices. The one I thought would be the most comfortable ended up being awful to sit on. Go figure!
Anyway - I ended up making a purchase. I had a coupon that I ended up not being able to use because I was $5 shy of the minimum purchase requirement. So they offered me a 20% discount. I ended up saving more with the discount than I would have with the coupon. I was thrilled, and we are thrilled with our purchase. It is nice to see a company go the extra mile. Fantastic!
