Review content:
Kahuku Grill is one of the best kept local secrets on the North Shore. It is located in the back of the old Kahuku Sugar Mill behind the gas station in front. It's not that hard to find if you are looking, especially if you ask a local. Everybody eats here.
You really can't beat their burgers, and all of them are good. Try the specialty burgers - they'll blow you away. I see a lot of people eating the paniolo (cowboy) burger, but the Bruce Irons, the Shem's Big Bad Burger, the Fire in Paradise - they are all so good.
One of the best items on the menu, though is the Coconut Macadamia Nut Shrimp. My in-laws came for a visit a few months ago, and during the course of a week, they probably ate here 4 or 5 times. Every time, they ordered the shrimp. It is unbelievably good.
It's also clean, the staff is super friendly, and the burgers are never frozen. You don't want to miss this North Shore gem!
