When you move to a new place, it is a struggle to find the GOOD companies or doctors or stylists. But after 9 years, you've got the experience and history with a company to know if they rate as GOOD! Nieman Glass came up through Consumer's Checkbook, and so I called them. The owner, Wayne, is a little gruff, but he came to my home to give an estimate, and was very knowledgeable. Now, his son Robert is the one I deal with most, and he is extremely knowledgeable, he shares his knowledge, he is friendly, great with the kids, and above all, VERY detail oriented. I've seen him bring in one of his guys and ask him to point out what needs to be done, then watched him correct the problem (I couldn't see anything!) -- making sure his guys are up to his standards, too. For several years I've had this company cleaning my windows and gutters, and I've always been completely satisfied, with that little thrill that comes when you see a job really well done and know that you really scored finding this company. I highly recommend them to my friends and family, and to everyone.
