Dr. Perrotti-Orcutt and her staff are wonderful. Appointments are on time and I always feel as though she asks the right questions and listens carefully to the information I provide. She responds to my questions as well. And she and the staff all have a terrific way with animals, particularly dogs.
I don't feel pressured to purchase products or expensive services, as has happened elsewhere. Costs are reasonable and billing is thoroughly explained.
Dr. Perrotti-Orcutt was especially sensitive earlier this year when we needed to put down a pet who was elderly and very ill. She and an assistant came to our home, which is nearby the clinic, to do the procedure. Their professionalism and grace made the whole experience much more bearable.
We've recommended this vet to a number of friends and will continue to do so.
