I had employed Golden State twice over the years and they performed fantastically. My last experience with them was a real let down as they delivered one of the two remote door openers and installed a faulty wall control. I have called four times about the opener and always get a promise of a call back, but nothing more... Since the house was new construction I wasn't able to plug in the mechanical door opener until months after installation. That is when I learned the wall switch didn't work. I decided to order the parts online as I did not feel another call to Golden State would yield any results. They are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous however.
