Review content:
First time to use service, forgot to check the better business bureau for report of an F rating which they level up to perfectly. My service was not in a timely manner; costomer service was rude and hung up on me; they ruined $70 shirts whith 4 safety pin holes and imprints; left many wrinkles on all 7 of my articles; lost a shirt (found it later); I was refunded for the cleaning, but they refused replace items; refused to act professionally. They offered to fix the wrinkles, but the manager refused to come to the other store location to look at the items to see the damage and I refused to trust it in their care again. Very unsatisfied and absolutely do not recommend!
