I placed a call quite late at night expecting to get an answering service so I could just leave a message to get a call in the morning, however, an actual Ray's Heating & Cooling person answered, and very professionally I might add. Her name was Lisa and what a helpful lady she was. She was very helpful and offered suggestions. She offered me prompt service that night(1:00am) if I wanted them to come out. I did wait til the morning and the Service Tech showed up promptly at 9am as promised, and did his work. He explained things to me in a very professional manner, he offered various options and I must say, he was one of a kind! He wasn't there just to make a sale. He was down-to-earth, knowledgeable and delightfully honest. His workmanship is impecable and he really knows what he's doing. I would refer Ray's Heating & Cooling LLC to anybody who wants honest, quality, knowledgeable workmanship. I rate that company A++++++
