Sorry to say but the person you is right. The property manager, Melissa, is a complete jerk. Just because we have two cats she says our place is unsanitary. We were packing before this and then she sends a notice saying she got a complaint on us for stupidly being unsanitary. The hallways small like urine and trash. Paint is peeling away St Assn alarming taste whenever a storm hits. And not to mention that the laundry room ceiling is falling apart and people smoke in the hallways when it is a POSTED no smoking zone. as soon as we go to compassion they say that WE have to find out who it is and report back to them. They never do their job up in management and the only God one out of the lot is Terry. Diana turns from overly sweet to complete jerk if you catch her in a lie. The lady at the first desk you come to in that office is rude. Michelle won't listen to you when you try to make payment arrangements and finally Melissa uses baseless claims to get into our apartment. We lock the door with a chain ALL the time and w weren't even Home when she showed up. She then sent us a letter saying that we were not getting Chance to renew because we wouldn't let management in. So no I do not advise anyone to stay here at the current time. MELISSA YOU NEED TO GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE AND ACTUALLY ASK TO SEE SOMEONE'S PLACE! ALSO DON'T YOU EVER USE "I have a 5 bedroom house, it doesn't smell like cats and only takes me 2 hours to clean it." THAT MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE YOU JUST WANT TO PROVE YOU ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN ALL OF US!
