What were you thinking Pizza Hut moving to this new location!? This new store is a fraction of the size of the old location which was always packed. There is very little space to stand while waiting to be seated. Seating is so cramped that we felt claustrophobic.Getting to the buffet was a chore. I felt like we were crawling over people & the greeters podium. The buffet "window" is a joke! Maybe 3 small people can stand in front of it.The salad bar is gone! All the old staff is gone replaced by young girls who could care less if they waited on you or not.We actually had to ask our waitress for something to drink because she never asked us & we were not offered a refill. We have been going to this Pizza Hut which is 30 miles from our home for many years & have always enjoyed the experience & the employees especially Midge! We will not be going back & if we could give negative stars we would!
