Review content:
Do some good research using Google on Custer Roberson before selecting them to do your bankruptcy. While they have tons of great reviews - the majority of them are fabricated and the "real" reviews are gathered from clients in manipulative ways when clients are most vulnerable. The office is a disorganized mess, the "leaders" are anything BUT ethical. Do your research - they don't only screw over clients, they also can't keep anyone on-staff (it's a revolving door) and they cheat their vendors. They are notorious for mis-filing documents, missing deadlines, and having cases thrown out.
