Review content:
SPRFC is a great, family-oriented environment for fitness. They have a fabulous child care center which my kids just adore going to. They're always asking, "Mommy, when are we going to the gym?"
I like SPRFC most because I don't ever feel uncomfortable or out-of-place like I have at some other gyms. Everyone there is not a competitive hard-body walking around in short shorts and skimpy tops. I can feel good about myself when I go in yoga pants and a comfy tee.
They have a wonderful array of equipment, offer personal trainers, many, many classes, and they are one of the few facilities that has a pool. The facility is large enough to accommodate everything and everyone without feeling cramped.
