My cat brought home fleas from this groomer. I was told the groomer saw a few fleas on him while working with him. I find this hard to believe, since he wasn't scratching at all and no one ever saw any fleas on him prior to him going to Stephanie's. Makes me wonder why the groomer didn't say anything about seeing fleas on him, even if just to offer another service of flea dip or treatment of some kind. I was also told they cannot guarantee that my pet will not come in contact with fleas while being groomed. Well, I thought that was the point of taking an animal to be groomed - to address these kind of issues! I can guarantee he won't come in contact with fleas again - because he's never going to be groomed there again. I am disappointed in not only the fact he got them in the first place, but the nonchalant attitude displayed towards me when I contacted the business owner regarding this.
