Niko visited our AFSCME Union meeting to advise us of our rights under work comp law. I had recently been denied any benifits by Sedgewick for a work injury and had given up hope for any justice. I was ready to settle for nothing and move on. Niko agreed to take my case on a percentage of the settlement, if any, plus expenses (which were minimum). Niko worked very hard on my case and was always available to me, I felt as if I were his only client. Slightly over a year he was able to obtain a great settlement. I would advise everyone, even if you "think" you are being treated fairly, to seek out Niko for his advise. I believe Work Comp Insurance is never looking out for your best interest, Niko Pothitakis is! Sincerely, Rich Taylor
