My husband and I spent two weeks researching cars and prices before deciding to purchase from brandon vw. We knew the model and color we wanted but our salesperson said it was not currently available in Florida and it would cost upwards of $1500 to have one brought in. After having trouble with financing, due to it being a saturday after 5p,we left the dealership to return on monday. Over the weekend I emailed a few other dealers and found the model and color we were looking for in Orlando! we returned to the dealership before noon and brandon vw got the car to us around 8pm. Financing was a nightmare, going back and forth. I felt like the man working in finance was playing games with us. I knew exactly how much we should be paying at our interest rate, but it took several hours to reach an agreement on payment. Overall, we adore our new jetta, but the experience was very stressful!
