So, the salesman tells us the fence would be installed the first or second week of June. They give you a 2 week window so that allows for delays, etc. The fence posts were installed on 18th of June and they tell you 6 - 10 working days for the finish. Well, here we are 2 weeks later...still no date for the finish. All I get is we're so busy we can't get caught up. Blah, blah, blah. If you book that many jobs you'd better hire some more installers and train them so you can meet your deadlines (that they set, by the way). It would have been nice to get the salesman to be truthful up front so you really know what to expect. So, bottom line, if you don't care at all when they get around to installing your fence, and you keep getting pushed off every week, you should be good with this company.
