In attempted to inquire about an advertised rebate offer on some building material I need to purchase. I called the store and no one I spoke to was able to answer my question, but I was told they would call me back after "looking into it." Days later, after no return call, I phoned again, asked again for the rebate details, was put on hold for several minutes before someone picked up and hung up on me.I'm buying elsewhere, trying to save a hundred dollars on a few thousand dollars worth of materials isn't worth the hassle I always experience with this chain.
