Review content:
It seems lots of doctors are so busy these days that you leave the office not understanding what is wrong or how to get it fixed. Parker will take all the time you need to explain x-rays, treatments, he is very gentle with exams, and conservative in his treatment. I had a TMJ injury and was so tired of it that I was ready to have surgery, without really understanding how serious a surgery I was asking for. He calmly explained to me some alternatives, such as physical therapy, a splint, some anti-inflammatories, etc. By the end of that, I still needed a surgery, but a much much small one. I have been told that other doctors would not have been so patient with the matter and pressured me into a big surgery = which I learned from one of the physical therapists meant cutting all the way around the face to get to the joint. The surgery I had was minor and he did such a good job cutting I can't even see the scar. The next day it wasn't even swollen - the physical therapists were amazed. Kind and caring, and their are good magazines in the lobby.
